Terms of service
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply to businesses that use Atendari. Atendari is in a private pilot: we set each business up personally and agree the details with it.
Who provides the service
Atendari is provided by Anastasiia Matsakova, trabalhadora independente in Portugal, NIF 311254934, Rua de 9 de Julho 50, Lote 3, 4050-433 Porto ("we"). Contact: [email protected].
What Atendari does
An AI assistant answers the business's clients in the channels the business connects (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram), using the business's booking system (EasyWeek) for services, prices, free times and bookings, and what the business tells us in its notes. It can book, move and cancel appointments when the business turns that on, and hands a conversation to the business's team when a person is needed. The team reads and answers conversations in the Atendari inbox.
What the business is responsible for
- Its information: services, prices, rules and notes are correct and kept up to date in its booking system and in Atendari.
- Its accounts: it has the right to connect them, and follows the rules of WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and its booking system.
- Its clients: it tells them, for example in its own privacy notice, that an assistant answers on its behalf, and has a lawful basis for the conversations.
- Its team: it decides who gets access to the inbox and removes people who leave.
The assistant can make mistakes
Atendari is AI. It is built to stay within what the business's booking system and notes say and to pass a conversation to the team when it is unsure, but it can misunderstand a client or answer wrongly. The business can read every conversation, take over at any time, and keep the assistant in test mode (talking without booking) or switch it off per channel.
Fees
Pilot fees, if any, are agreed with each business in writing before they apply. There is no published price yet.
Personal data
We process the business's clients' data on its behalf, under our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. More in our privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep Atendari running and to tell the business when a part of it isn't (for example its booking system or a channel failing). During the pilot we can't promise a set uptime, and we may change features as we learn.
Ending
The business can stop at any time by telling us. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or at once if the business seriously breaks these terms or the rules of a connected platform. After the end we delete the business's data as described in the data processing agreement.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit), and our total liability is limited to the fees the business paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Courts in Porto are competent, unless the law gives the business another forum.
Changes
We tell businesses about changes to these terms at least 30 days before they apply. If a business doesn't agree, it can stop using Atendari before then.
